Each Andersen series is engineered for a specific performance tier and application. We carry and install all of them — and will walk you through which series makes sense for your project before you make any decisions.

100 Series — Fibrex Composite

Built from Fibrex, Andersen's proprietary blend of wood fiber and thermoplastic polymer. Twice as strong as vinyl, requires zero painting or staining, and holds its shape in extreme temperatures. The ideal choice for budget-conscious replacements that still demand durability.

200 Series — Narroline

Andersen's classic double-hung line with a slim sightline profile and easy tilt-wash operation. One of the most popular replacement windows in the country — a clean, reliable upgrade from standard builder-grade units with a straightforward installation.

400 Series — Wood Interior / Perma-Shield Exterior

Andersen's flagship and most versatile product line. Real wood interior for warmth and paintability, with a Perma-Shield vinyl exterior that never needs painting or staining. Available in virtually every window and door configuration. Our most frequently specified line for full-home window replacements.

A-Series — Architectural Custom

Andersen's premium architectural line with the widest range of custom sizes, configurations, and factory finishes. If you have non-standard openings, an addition, or a gut renovation, the A-Series handles sizes and shapes the standard lines can't. Available in wood, fiberglass, and aluminum-clad exterior.

E-Series — Full Custom Specification

Andersen's top-of-the-line fully custom window, built entirely to specification. The highest level of design flexibility — any size, configuration, material, finish, or hardware combination. Typically specified on high-end new construction and historic renovations where standard product lines won't do.

Most window contractors are not Andersen certified. Andersen's Premier Partner program is the company's highest contractor tier — awarded only to contractors who pass product training, demonstrate consistent installation quality, and meet Andersen's customer satisfaction standards annually. As a Premier Partner, we offer benefits that non-certified contractors cannot:

  • Andersen 2-year limited installation warranty (on top of the product warranty)
  • Access to the full Andersen product lineup including exclusive lines
  • Direct relationship with Andersen's technical and warranty support teams
  • Annual recertification — standards are maintained, not just earned once
  • Priority access to new products and product training
  • Ability to process warranty claims directly with Andersen on your behalf

Common Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

What makes Andersen Premier Partner status significant?

Premier Partner is the highest tier in Andersen's contractor certification program. It requires verified installation quality, product knowledge testing, and a track record of successful projects. There are far fewer Premier Partners than basic certified contractors — it's a meaningful distinction.

Which Andersen series is right for my home?

The 100 Series (Fibrex composite) is excellent for replacement windows with good energy performance at an accessible price. The 400 Series offers wood interiors with low-maintenance exteriors — a popular choice for Westchester's colonial homes. The A-Series and E-Series are for custom architectural applications. We walk you through the options at the in-home consultation.

Does Andersen window replacement increase home value?

Yes — window replacement consistently delivers strong ROI in the Westchester and Fairfield County markets. New Andersen windows improve energy efficiency, curb appeal, and interior light — all factors buyers respond to. As an Andersen Premier Partner, our installations are backed by a warranty that transfers to the buyer.

How long does window replacement take?

A typical whole-house window replacement (10–20 windows) takes 1–3 days depending on window count and complexity. Each window is measured, ordered, and installed precisely — we don't rush and we clean up completely each day.
