How long does custom cabinetry take from order to installation?
Custom cabinetry typically has a lead time of 6–10 weeks from design approval to delivery, plus 1–2 weeks for installation depending on the scope. We factor this into every project schedule so there are no surprises.
What's the difference between custom and semi-custom cabinetry?
Semi-custom cabinetry comes in standard sizes with some finish options. Custom cabinetry is built to your exact dimensions, in any wood species, finish, and configuration — including unusual spaces, angled walls, and non-standard heights. For Westchester and Fairfield County homes, custom is often necessary to fit existing architecture.
Can you match existing cabinetry in other parts of the home?
Yes — we can match existing cabinetry in wood species, profile, and finish. We bring samples for approval before any production begins to ensure the match is right.
Do you do cabinet refacing as well as replacement?
We focus on full custom builds and replacements rather than refacing. Refacing extends the life of existing boxes but doesn't address layout, storage efficiency, or structural issues — factors that full custom cabinetry solves completely.
